In relation to dynamic development of our agency we would like to offer

Koncepcja Employment Agency possesses many years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection for clients based abroad, in addition to operating on our domestic employment market. We hold certification, an authorisation and licence, awarded by the Ministry of the Economy and Labour for the conduct of these activities and possess an extensive base of candidates of varied specialities willing to enter into employment. We operate branches in 2 cities in Poland, both of them located in the centre. Our main office is located in Wrocław city. Wrocław is the fourth biggest city in Poland, with the population of 700,000. It is one of the biggest university centers in the country. Our firm specialises in recruitment of childminders, mother's help, nannies, carers for elderly persons, cleaning staff (including those for individuals) and nurses. We are equally open to contracts for recruitment and selection for other professions, in accordance with your needs. We are able to undertake recruitment of employees you require in a short time, according to any preferences you present to us. We guarantee reliable, professional and rapid execution of a contract. The personnel that we ourselves employ speak foreign languages. All of our staff are university graduates, speak fluent English and are able to verify not only the appropriateness and qualifications of the candidates, but also the level of their command of English. All our candidates are interviewed with their references, police report and medical report. Our task is to carry out comprehensive research so that we can better meet customers' expectations as for staff they are looking for. We choose employees on the basis of a form that describes Yours expectations. Time of realization of order is up to 5 weeks and depends on level of difficulty of recruitment.
